Welcome
to your last year before high school! I hope you will plan to
make this year a successful one. Your eighth grade year is very
important because it is a time to prepare for your high school years.
Please feel free to drop by the Counselor's Office at any time. I
am excited to speak with you and would love to help in any way!
Important
Information for Eighth Graders:
- Be sure to read your student handbook and get to
know your school rules, attendance policies, opportunities for
involvement, dress code, etc.
- Start your year with a plan to get involved, stay organized
and do your very best in all your classes.
- Use a planner to keep up with assignments and important
dates.
- Get involved and have FUN! School is like everything in life
- the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
- If you see a new students in your class, make it a point to
get to know them. You may find a very good friend in the process!
- Develop your skills and talents and appreciate the different
skills and talents others have to offer.
- Look over the information on this page and the other links
on this website. There will be a lot of helpful information to
make your year successful.
