In order for Lee-Scott Academy to release records (including transcripts, test scores, etc.) a signed release form must be completed by either the student or guardian. In order for a transcript to be considered "official" it must be mailed in a sealed envelope.
(Faxed transcripts are NOT considered official by colleges/universities.)

Current
LSA Students:
- Official transcripts for scholarship competitions will be mailed free
of charge.
- Official transcripts for college admission will also be mailed free of charge for the first 5 requests.
- Transcript requests in excess of 5 will be charged $1 each.
- Unofficial transcripts may be requested at any time, free of charge.
- Allow 2 weeks for transcripts to be mailed, received, sorted, and input into the receivers' system.
Former LSA Students:
- Official and Unofficial transcripts may be requested by completing the release form and including $2 for processing.
- Allow 2 weeks for transcripts to be mailed, received, sorted, and input into the receivers' system.
