Science camp combines fun with learning. Alabama Science objectives are reinforced as students complete "hands-on" activities from beginning to end. Experiments will be conducted both inside and outside the classroom. Campers will come home wanting to perform their amazing experiments for the family.
The hands-on technology camp will utilize our mobile Mac lab and ipad carts. It will give students hands on experience using a variety of ipad apps, basic ipad skills, and various programs on the MacBooks. Students will create projects using StoryKit, iMovie, and much, much more. This camp is sure to boost their technology skills, as well as their creativity.
There is no deadline for registration, but due to space limitations, registration will be closed once the sessions have reached maximum capacity. Since last year's camp filled so quickly and we had a waiting list, we opened a second session this July hoping to accomodate more students.

LEE-SCOTT FOOTBALL
7-ON-7 PASSING CAMP
WHEN: JUNE 17th to JUNE 19th from 2:00 to 5:00 WHERE: LEE-‐SCOTT ACADEMY
WHO: RISING 7TH to 9TH GRADERS
Cost: $75
The JV Coaching Staff, with the help of the varsity quarterbacks, running backs, and receivers, is conducting a passing camp that will help install a portion of the varsity passing package. We will concentrate on the following skills:
• Formation recognition—offense and defense
• Route running—techniques and types
• Secondary coverages
• Quarterback footwork and mechanics (for the qb’s) • Pass protection (for the linemen)
The last day of camp will end with a 7-‐on-‐7 competition between teams from Lee-‐Scott and other AISA schools. Last year we hosted Springwood, Hooper, and Glenwood. These games will be officiated, and prizes will be awarded. We will also have a Punt—Pass—Kick competition, with a winner from each grade, and an overall winner. The cost of the camp is $75, and this will cover a red, sleeveless 7-‐on-‐7 shirt the team will wear. Helmets are not needed, but players should have black cleats, blue shorts, and a mouthpiece. This is a “no contact” skills competition. All players-‐-‐linemen included-‐-‐are encouraged to participate. The camp is a great opportunity for our players to improve their knowledge and their skills, as well as comparing our team’s skills to the others at camp competition. Please see Coach Sprouse for a camp form. We are limiting camp to the first twenty-‐eight players who sign-‐up. GO WARRIORS!
