Strategic Plan

Using an exhaustive approach, our process successfully engaged key Lee-Scott Academy stakeholders in a constructive and comprehensive dialogue that informed and enriched the school’s future planning efforts.

Through focus groups, data assessment, surveys, and interviews, the Board of Trustees’ Strategic Planning Sub-Committee worked diligently to develop a new five-year plan for Lee-Scott Academy. More than 700 individuals participated in the process, and the following plan represents the ideas and perspectives from current and former LSA students, parents, faculty and staff, alumni and trustees.
